Les manilles sont disponibles en 2 versions : lyre et droite. Les deux sont disponibles soit à boulon et goupilles,
soit à vis. Les corps et axes subissent un traitement thermique afin de répondre aux exigences des spécifications fédérales
RR-C-271d. Les manilles lyres possèdent un large passage qui facilite les mouvements.
Attention : les manilles ne doivent pas subir de traction oblique sinon leur capacité est fortement réduite.
Shackles are available in two types : anchor (bow type) and chain (dee type). Both are available with either screw pins or safety nut & bolt type pins.
Shackles body and pins are heat treated and tempered for added strength and to maintain the ductility standards required
by federal specifications RR-C-271d. Shackles should never be pulled at angles, as the capacity can be dramatically reduced.
Screw pin bow type anchor shackles feature an open throat design that permits free line movement without undue wear.
The wide bow allows ample clearance for thimbles and turnbuckles. |
